High-Precision Custom Optics & Optomechanical Systems

From raw crystal growth (CVD) to finished assemblies. Full-cycle production in Russia for IR, UV, and visible applications.

Production Capabilities & Facilities

«Atlant Optics» LLC is a full-cycle manufacturer of high-precision optical components, capable of producing a wide range of products from micro-optics to large aspheric elements.

Our production facility, equipped with over 10 units of high-precision machinery from the German manufacturer OptoTech, allows us to process optical glass, quartz, and semiconductor crystals (Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS, CaF₂, etc.) with exceptional accuracy.

We control the entire technological process — from growing IR crystals via CVD method to precision machining, coating, and assembly of optomechanical systems.

With a total production area exceeding 10,000 m² across four facilities in Russia (Moscow, Ryazan, Dyatkovo, Nizhny Novgorod) and a team of 50 experienced specialists, we are equipped to handle both custom orders and serial production, including up to 10,000 IR optics units per year.
High-precision microlenses from 2 mm diameter, made from glass, quartz, and crystals (Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS) for medical, laser, and photonics applications. Production capacity up to 2000 pcs/month.

We manufacture high-precision rough workpieces from optical glass, quartz, and semiconductor crystals (Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS) for subsequent precision machining. Our workpieces are produced to strict requirements for dimensions, flatness, and surface quality, which is critical for the next stages of manufacturing complex optics.

«Atlant Optics» specializes in manufacturing polished fairings (hemispheres and hyperspheres) from glass and crystals for surveillance, tracking, and protective systems. We produce fairings for operation in various spectral ranges.

Depending on the operating spectrum, fairings are made of quartz glass (QG) or sapphire for UV, visible and near-IR, and zinc selenide (ZnSe) for mid-wave and far-IR.

We manufacture high-precision illuminators (windows, ports) from glass and crystals for medical, industrial, and defense equipment. These components protect sensitive internal systems from external factors while maintaining high transparency.

Materials are selected based on the required spectral range, mechanical strength, and thermal stability.
