Customized optical products

Our company produces custom optical elements. Quality and deadlines are our Priority.

SERIAL PRODUCTION
We have a large number of optical components and lenses for use in Laser Optics, UV, Visible and Infrared applications.
The optical production facility of AtlantOptics is capable of producing a wide range of high-precision optical products made from optical glass, quartz and crystals. The staff consists of more than 100 opticians with extensive experience in the production of optical elements from various materials.
Precision micro-optics is used in a variety of applications including optical electronics, medical diagnostics and therapeutics, biotechnology, laser technology, research and industry.
Spherical lenses (diameter from 2 to 300 mm) made from optical glass, quartz, crystals (Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS). Domes made of glass and crystals
AtlantOptics manufactures spherical lenses of various shapes from glass, quartz and crystals with subsequent application of optical coatings.
Aspherical optics is one of the core areas of our Company's activity. These products have a wide range of useful properties, for example, they can improve the performance of existing optical systems and even create fundamentally new devices due to the properties of aspherical surfaces.
Optical prisms are key elements for manipulating light beams and improving the performance of optical systems. they are widely used in such applications. such as:
Modern systems, such as early warning, day and night surveillance, space control, tracking, aiming, holding and tracking systems, widely use infrared (IR) optics. The special requirements determined by specific applications set high standards for the selection of materials and coatings for optical components.
Cylindrical lenses are used to ensure that only one part is focused. For illumination or detection of light from linear sources. Also used for anamorphic ray and image compression. Anamorphic compression of the output beam of a laser diode is especially widely used.
DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating is a thin coating with properties similar to diamond carbon. This coating is used in various fields, including optics. Here are a few examples of how DLC coating can be used in optics:
Hydrophobic coated optics refers to optical surfaces that are coated with a special layer to repel water and liquids.
